Refund policy

Paddle is HERIO's merchant of record: it takes the payment, sends refunds back and answers payment questions.
1. Free trial
The trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. Nothing is charged.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
Every payment comes with a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment date, no questions asked. This covers the first payment and every renewal, on every plan (monthly, 6 months, 12 months).
3. How to ask
Use Refund and cancel in Settings, Billing, or reply to your Paddle receipt or go to paddle.net. The plan stops when the refund is made.
4. Cancel anytime
Cancel in Settings, Billing whenever you want; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
5. How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
6. Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
