1. Who we are

HERIO is operated by HERIO VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED (Herio Vietnam; in Vietnamese: Công ty TNHH Herio Vietnam), enterprise and tax code 0107389011, registered office: 2nd Floor, No. 5 Tu Mo Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.

HERIO runs the platform at heriovietnam.com/platform. These terms apply to every company workspace and every person who signs in.

2. What HERIO is

HERIO is software: a brief, a go-to-market plan, a cash model, Ask HERIO, laws and decrees, resources, tools and a directory of partners.

Nothing on HERIO is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Insights come from experience in the market and from checked public sources, each with its date. Rules in Vietnam change; check every decision with a licensed adviser before you act on it.

3. Partners

Partners listed on HERIO are independent businesses. When you work with a partner, you contract with them directly. HERIO is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the partner's services, prices, advice, deadlines or results.

Messages such as Introduce me are written for you and sent by you. Replies go to you.

4. Your account and your team

• Give a correct email address and keep your password and two-step login to yourself.
• The owner of a company workspace decides who joins and with which role, and is responsible for the people they invite.
• Owners keep two-step login on.
• Tell us at support@heriovietnam.com as soon as you think someone else used your account.

5. Fair use

• No unlawful content, no content you have no right to share, and no personal data of others without a legal basis.
• No attempts to reach another company's data, to break the security or to overload the platform.
• No copying of the knowledge base, the insights or the tools to build a competing service.
• Ask HERIO and the support assistant have fair use limits per person and per company.

6. Trial, plans and payment

A new company gets a free trial of 14 days, without a card. After the trial a paid plan keeps the workspace running.

Plans are paid monthly, for 6 months or for 12 months, and renew for the same period until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings, Billing; access stays until the end of the paid period.

Paddle takes the payment, sends refunds back and answers payment questions; its terms apply to the payment. Refunds follow the refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of any payment.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export all company data at any time and delete all of it at any time from Settings, Data and privacy. Invoices are kept because tax law requires it. We never sell your data and never use it to train AI. The privacy policy and the data processing terms say how we handle it.

8. Our content

The platform, the insights, the guides, the case studies and the tools belong to HERIO. You may use them inside your company for your own market entry.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep HERIO available and safe, but cannot promise it is never interrupted. We may improve, change or stop features. When these terms change in a way that matters, we show the new version in the app and ask you to accept it.

10. Liability

HERIO is not liable for decisions you take based on the platform, for partners' services, or for indirect loss such as lost profit. Our total liability is limited to the fees your company paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Ending

You can stop at any time by cancelling the plan and deleting the company data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where possible.

12. Law

The governing law and the competent courts are set in the legal review of this draft.
